Salary: $22.00 to $24.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess attention to detail and be capable of handling a large caseload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills and show initiative in their tasks
  • The candidates should be highly organized and reliable in meeting commitments

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, complete insurance and other claim forms, and maintain a filing system
  • The candidates should be able to perform general clerical work, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory, and determine/establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, as well as provide customer service
