Salary: $26.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Brampton, ON
Shifts: Day
Work setting: Real estate
Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 – $500,000

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should have attention to detail and be capable of performing repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, be organized, and be team players
  • The candidates should have a client focus and exhibit reliability

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., train other workers, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
