Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, 08:00 to 16:30
Transportation information: Own transportation, public transportation is available
Work setting: Mechanical and service company

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Accounting
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, electronic scheduler, project management software, accounting software, QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat Reader, electronic mail
Credentials: First Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Basic security clearance and criminal record check

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the flow of information within the team, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, maintain and manage a digital database, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
