Salary: $25.50 hourly for 32 to 40 hours per week

Location: Surrey, BC
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess a strong attention to detail

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries, and maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases
  • The candidates should be able to sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, send and receive messages, and prepare and format page presentations
  • The candidates should be able to prepare invoices and bank deposits, photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, and file material in the storage area
  • The candidates should be able to label, file, and retrieve documents, locate and remove files requested, and organize and schedule office work
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and monitor contracts and budgets, store, update, and retrieve financial data, and provide customer service
