Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have at least one year of Retail Management experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
  • The candidates should be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program
  • The candidates should be able to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all applicable health and sanitation requirements to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in-stock
