Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

  • The candidates should have a track record of building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry

  • The candidates should be able to proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and in the community, uncovering banking needs, providing help and advice, as well as identifying sales and referral opportunities
  • The candidates should be able to focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive sales, and retain business
  • The candidates should be able to respond to client-initiated contact, assisting them with a full range of financial transactions
  • The candidates should be able to actively listen and engage clients in conversation to further understand their individual
  • The candidates should be able to proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems
