Shift: 35-40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should hold forklift certification
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be legally entitled to work in Canada and be physically fit, with the ability to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, climb, and lift 70 pounds repetitively
• The candidates should have flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, split shifts, weekends, and holidays

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent English communication skills and prior customer service experience
• The candidates should possess a valid Driver’s License and exhibit a strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust established with passengers, partners, and communities
• The candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for contributing to the company’s unique mission, whether through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
• The candidates should have previous warehouse experience and experience processing payments, possess valid First Aid certification and should be fluent in French

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to ensure cargo is packaged and stored appropriately to maintain safety and compliance
• The candidates should be able to accept cargo and process accurate payments in a timely manner
• The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone at all times
• The candidates should be able to calculate available aircraft load and prioritize freight based on operational
• The candidates should be able to verify received freight piece counts and notify receivers of freight shipments promptly
