Service Canada based in Whitby, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Citizen Services Officer (CSO) – Government Services. Service Canada is known to provide service programs that are the largest and most heavily used programs. Our service program includes the Social Insurance Number, the Employment Insurance program, the Old Age Security program and the Canada Pension Plan. We also work as a center to accept Canadian passports. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates should have standard educational qualification such as Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: The candidate should have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related industry.
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Windows
Security and Safety: Enhanced reliability security clearance, Criminal record check, Credit check.

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail and be able to work with tight deadlines.
  • The candidate should be able to work for overtime hours.
