Transportation information: Willing to travel and Public transportation is available
Work setting: Private sector and Willing to relocate
Supervision: 3 to 4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure
  • The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines, displaying attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to handle a large workload efficiently

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be equipped with efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should be excellent in both oral and written communication
  • The candidates should be flexible and organized in their approach to work, being reliable in meeting commitments

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures and delegate work to office support staff
  • The candidates should be able to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines while carrying out administrative activities of the establishment
  • The candidates should be able to administer policies and procedures related to the release of records under government access to information and privacy legislation, as well as coordinate and plan for various office services
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and assemble data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures efficiently
