Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional, Residential, and Sidewalks and curbs
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Bobcats, Reciprocating saws, Circular saws, Concrete saws, Sledgehammer
Own tools/equipment:Â Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and handle physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines, have manual dexterity, and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, be attentive to detail, and have good hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should have sound discrimination abilities and be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate, have a strong client focus, and be dependable
- The candidates should be flexible, reliable, and a team player
- The candidates should be hardworking
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload and transport construction materials, erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades, and mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs, level earth to fine grade specifications, and pave and rake asphalt
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- The candidates should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction and direct traffic at or near construction sites
