Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Bobcats, Reciprocating saws, Circular saws, Concrete saws, Grinding machine, Jackhammers, Air compressors, Air guns, Nail guns, Drills, Trampers (Jumping Jack), Chain saw, Compactor, Forklift, Sledgehammer
Construction specialization Industrial, commercial and institutional, Residential
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to handle weight up to or more than 45 kg (100 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye co-ordination
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to do manual dexterity
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be dependable, reliable, should have efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload and transport construction materials, mix, pour and spread materials
- The candidates should be able to assist heavy equipment operators, assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications
- The candidates should be able to assist in demolishing buildings, clean and pile salvaged materials
- The candidates should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
