Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Driveways, industrial, commercial, and institutional, residential, sidewalks, and curbsÂ
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be willing and able to work outdoors, comfortable working at heights, and capable of working in confined spaces and dusty conditions, adaptable to noisy work environments
- The candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, meet tight deadlines efficiently, and handle repetitive tasks, heavy loads, and physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity for precise work, be willing and able to work overtime as required, and work effectively under pressure
- The candidates should pay careful attention to detail in their tasks, be comfortable with extended periods of sitting, and be capable of handling loads up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and assist heavy equipment operators.
- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, building roofs, and demolishing buildings.
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
- The candidates should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work and perform pre-operational inspection, calculating crane capacities and weight for rigging and hoisting preparation.
