Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be 16 years of age or older
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner and assist customers by promoting products or services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions
- The candidates should be able to resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management where appropriate
- The candidates should be able to maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, and signing and pricing merchandise
- The candidates should be able to ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, identify high-shrink items, and maintain a safe work environment as per Company policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately, and administer required paperwork, logs, and other documentation
- The candidates should be able to refer appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager
- The candidates should be able to stock merchandise or pick, downstock if applicable, apply product protection when required, and set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and set new shelf caps
