Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates must possess a high school diploma or educational equivalent
Experience: Candidates should have 2 years current Courier Experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to lift 70 lbs. and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates must achieve the minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
- The candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
- The candidates should be bilingual (French and English) in the province of Quebec
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist management in overseeing daily sort, delivery/pickup activities
- The candidates should be able to lead the sector as assigned, ensuring the implementation of best practices and effective operations
- The candidates should be able to serve as a mentor to hourly employees, demonstrating role model behavior including strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership ability through Best Practices methods
