Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to access and process information, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and answer inquiries, providing information to customers
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for billing for services, arrange for refunds and credits, and maintain records and statistics
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties, receive payments, and consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support
  • The candidates should be able to answer clients’ inquiries and provide information, both in written and oral forms
