Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 3907 15th Ave, Prince George, BC V2N 1A5, Canada

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, be a team player, and show initiative

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material, and conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, answer inquiries and provide information to customers, and arrange for billing for services
  • The candidates should be able to explain the type and cost of services offered, obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services, and receive and log complaints
  • The candidates should be able to explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
