Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, Spreadsheet, Electronic mail
Security and safety: Basic security clearance and Bondable

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure and bend, crouch, and kneel and handle physically demanding tasks
  • The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks and walk

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be punctual, client-focused, and have efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, and be flexible

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to answer written and oral inquiries and address customers’ complaints or concerns and answer inquiries and provide information to customers
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for billing for services and arrange for refunds and credits and obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory and perform general office duties and receive payments
  • The candidates should be able to sell merchandise and answer clients’ inquiries and provide information
