Digital Channel Customer Service Representative:
- The candidates should be able to support eCommerce customers with their inquiries for CTOnline, SportChek, Atmosphere, Mark’s Pro-Hockey Life, and National Sports
- The candidates should be able to support our mobile applications and emerging payments
- The candidates should be able to communicate with customers over the phone, email, and chat
Roadside Assistance Representative:
- The candidates should be able to respond to a wide variety of requests from Canadian Tire Roadside Assistance, Home Services, and Drivers Academy customers, such as dispatching a service provider to provide roadside assistance, general inquiries on membership benefits/product features, enrollment, etc.
Corporate Customer Service Representatives:
- The candidates should be able to address inbound calls from retail customers, as well as any affiliated programs, and store staff regarding a wide range of issues, questions, concerns, complaints, policies, and advice
- The candidates should be able to cross-sell, up-sell, close online sales orders, and resolve issues, in an effort to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
