Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have previous experience in retail or another service industry

- The candidates should be able to lead team members in their department to execute store plans and tasks effectively
- The candidates should be able to support on-the-job training and development of team members
- The candidates should be able to maintain a safe and respectful work environment for all team member
- The candidates should be able to merchandise products effectively and ensure the warehouse is organized and products are stored safely
- The candidates should be able to ensure inventory is allocated correctly to meet customer demand and manage loss prevention processes to ensure store security
