- The candidates should be able to lead Team Members within their department to execute store plans and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be able to respond to customer and Team Member inquiries with in-depth product knowledge specific to their category
- The candidates should be able to support the training and development of Team Members through coaching and mentorship
- The candidates should be able to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for both customers and Team Members and implement and manage loss prevention processes to safeguard store assets
- The candidates should be able to merchandise products effectively to enhance store presentation and meet sales goals
- The candidates should be able to ensure the warehouse is organized, maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of products
- The candidates should be able to identify opportunities to improve store operations and contribute innovative ideas and perform other related duties as assigned by store leadership
