Supervision:1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, 5-10 people, 11-15 people, 16-20 people, Plasterers, Drywall installers and finishers, Labourers, Insulators
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years’
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to work in outdoors and noisy area
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organized and reliable
- The candidates should be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports, supervise workers and projects, co-ordinate and schedule activities
- The candidates should be able to oversee apprenticeship training, recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions, train or arrange for training
- The candidates should be able to set up machines and equipment, estimate costs and materials
- The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, recommend personnel actions
- The candidates should be able to read blueprints and drawings, requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
