Salary: $20.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and uphold high values and ethics in their professional conduct
- The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children, engage children in activities, and guide and assist them in the development of proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
- The candidates should be able to assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records, maintaining daycare equipment, and assisting in housekeeping and cooking duties
- The candidates should be able to prepare snacks, arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods, submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors, and attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children
