Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Hindi, Spanish, and Panjabi
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail on the farm
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be organized
- The candidates should be able to function effectively as team players
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new tasks
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties
- The candidates should be able to pack goods to be shipped
- The candidates should be able to package products
- The candidates should be able to clean and maintain equipment
- The candidates should be able to check final assembly for finish, labeling, and packaging methods
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain harvesting and cultivating equipment
