Experience: Candidates should have 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company

- The candidates should have experience working with the public sector market and experience selling cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software across the public sector, aligning solutions to drive business outcomes
- The candidates should have experience working with and leading cross-functional teams and partners in implementations and negotiations
- The candidates should have experience handling commercial and legal negotiations, working with procurement, legal, and business teams
- The candidates should have experience collaborating with customer developers and technical leads to inventory software estates, define migration plans, and build migration business cases
- The candidates should have experience cultivating C-level relationships and influencing executives
- The candidates should have experience growing an existing customer base and acquiring new clients at scale to increase spending and accelerate business growth
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to build executive relationships with enterprise customers to influence their long-term technology and business decisions while adding value as a trusted advisor
- The candidates should be able to become experts on the customer’s business, including their Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product portfolio, technology strategy, strategic growth plans, business drivers, financial structure, customer base, and market landscape
- The candidates should be able to lead account strategy to develop business growth opportunities, working cross-functionally with multiple teams and Google Partners to maximize business impact within Public Sector customers
- The candidates should be able to manage business cycles, presenting to C-level executives and negotiating agreement terms
- The candidates should be able to drive business development, maintain operational excellence at scale, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle
