Salary: $17.40 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks, work in a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and stand for extended periods
The candidates should be able to walk as part of their duties

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to obtain articles for customers from shelves or stockrooms, direct customers to the location of articles sought, and unpack products received by the store, count, weigh, or sort items, and stock shelves and display areas
The candidates should be able to keep stock clean and in order, price items using stamps or stickers according to price lists, and perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping floors
The candidates should be able to process electronic transactions using computer equipment, operate cash registers, and provide customer service
