Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should have attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• The candidates should be able to handle a large workload, be willing to work overtime as required, and be adept at managing tight deadlines
• The candidates should be capable of working under pressure

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to perform the same duties as workers supervised and assist clients/guests with special needs
• The candidates should be able to co-ordinate, assign, and review work, ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
• The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures, co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, requisition materials and supplies, and resolve work-related problems.
• The candidates should prepare and submit progress and other reports
