Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning
Work setting: Work in employer’s/client’s home, and Private residence
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Security and safety: Criminal record check, and Reference required
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smokers
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and possess attention to detail in their work
- The candidates should be able to perform tasks requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit dependability in fulfilling their duties and demonstrate reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments
- The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- The candidates should be able to make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock the linen closet
- The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers
- The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
