Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials: Provincial or territorial licence
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assess potential institutional, business, or individual client markets, identify potential markets, and establish client insurance coverage
- The candidates should be able to calculate premiums, establish methods of payment, and ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements are completed
- The candidates should be able to provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, including risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features, and sell various types of insurance such as automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, and aircraft
- The candidates should be able to monitor insurance claims, respond to clients’ inquiries, and provide customer service
