Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience in providing administrative support in an office environment.

- The candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively orally, communicate effectively in writing, and should have the ability to follow instructions

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in creating and formatting documents (e.g., using tables, headers, and footers, etc.) with software such as Microsoft Word, with “experience” defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with the performance of duties over a period of approximately 12 months
- The candidates should have experience in creating and using spreadsheets with software such as Microsoft Excel, with “experience” defined as the performance of duties within approximately the last 36 months
- The candidates should have experience in implementing and maintaining a records management system, including indexing, cross-referencing, filing, retrieving, archiving, or destroying data, with “experience” defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with the performance of duties over a period of approximately 12 months
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maintain accurate inventory records and databases
- The candidates should be able to assist in the organization and tracking of inventory levels
- The candidates should be able to prepare inventory reports for management
- The candidates should be able to assist in the management of warehouse or storage spaces
- The candidates should be able to handle administrative tasks related to inventory, such as filing and data entry
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient inventory management
- The candidates should be able to perform occasional physical inventory counts and inspections
