Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Equipment and machinery experience: Conventional oven, Deep fryer, Electronic cash register, Food dispensers, Grill 

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
• The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required and capable of handling physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to stand for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to work under pressure and have attention to detail, including handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• The candidates should demonstrate client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
• The candidates should demonstrate reliability and be a team player

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
• The candidates should be able to efficiently operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
• The candidates should be able to place dishes in the storage area following organizational standards
• The candidates should be able to sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand when necessary
• The candidates should be able to keep accurate records of the quantities of food used and properly portion and wrap foods
• The candidates should be able to stock refrigerators and salad bars with attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to skillfully use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
• The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
• The candidates should be able to handle and store cleaning products safely and appropriately, including removing kitchen garbage and trash efficiently
• The candidates should be able to sharpen kitchen knives as needed and maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors
