Salary: $27.00 hourly 35 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate, client focus, dependable, organized, and reliable
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain filing system
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
- The candidates should be able to prepare financial statements and reports, perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- The candidates should be able to prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
- The candidates should be able to review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
