Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency, monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to ensure smooth operations, and prepare and submit reports accurately and in a timely manner to provide necessary information to stakeholders
The candidates should be able to arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities, ensure the proper functioning of equipment through regular inspections and maintenance checks, and maintain work records and logs to track progress and performance
The candidates should be able to resolve work-related problems promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions, prepare and maintain progress and other reports to track project status and outcomes, and dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks
The candidates should be able to follow up on issues with work orders to ensure they are addressed promptly and satisfactorily, keep track of shipments to ensure they reach their destinations on time, and have knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations to ensure compliance and safety
The candidates should be able to plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to optimize efficiency, and schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to meet organizational objectives
