Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Marketing and sales, and sales and marketing promotions
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Windows, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and spreadsheet 
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of working effectively under pressure and adept at meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail in their work

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong focus on client satisfaction and strive for accuracy in their work
  • The candidates should be organized in their tasks and responsibilities, be strong team players, and be reliable in fulfilling their duties

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers, prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, or articles, and advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material, prepare or oversee the preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, website content, and press releases, and evaluate customer service and store environments
  • The candidates should be able to conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions, develop marketing strategies, and maintain and manage a digital database
  • The candidates should be able to write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials, consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, prepare marketing materials, and perform sales and marketing activities
