Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to obtain and process information required to provide services
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to send invoices and maintain work records and logs
- The candidates should be able to receive and issue payments and perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages and calculate billing charges
- The candidates should be able to perform data entry, provide customer service, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
