Shifts: Overtime, To be determined
Work setting: Machinery installation, maintenance, repair, and machine set-up
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Green economy sector
Equipment and machinery experience: Conveyor, hydraulic system, pumps and compressors, and welding equipment
Own tools/equipment: Tools and steel-toed safety boots
Credentials: Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Endorsement
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in noisy environments and able to work in confined spaces
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary and handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when needed
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess excellent oral communication skills and be effective team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to coach, instruct, detect, and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions.
- The candidates should be able to repair or replace defective machinery parts and fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up.
- The candidates should be able to estimate costs, materials, perform routine maintenance work, and install machinery and equipment
