Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Area of work experience: Immigration
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, social media, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and electronic mai

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. They should have attention to detail and be able to perform repetitive tasks, manage a large caseload, handle a large workload, and work with minimal supervision

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and be organized. They should be a team player, accurate, have client focus, reliability, good time management skills, adaptability, and be quick learners

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies and maintain inventory, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, perform data entry, provide customer service, and assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
