Salary: $25.50 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Surrey, BC
Shifts: Flexible Hours

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should have strong attention to detail and be able to perform repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask, be flexible, and be organized
  • The candidates should have excellent written communication skills, be accurate, and be client-focused
  • The candidates should be team players and reliable

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
