Salary: $25.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Location: Surrey, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning
Transportation information: Own Transportation and Own Vehicle

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure
  • The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail, perform repetitive tasks, and handle a large workload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask, possess excellent oral and written communication, and be organized
  • The candidates should be accurate, reliable, and demonstrate strong time management skills
  • The candidates should be adaptable, accountable, exercise due diligence, and be a quick learner

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to direct, control, evaluate, plan, and organize daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service and maintain and manage a digital database

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
