Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 monthsÂ
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail while being capable of handling a large workload
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment and administer policies and procedures related to record release under government access to information and privacy legislation
- The candidates should be able to coordinate and plan for various office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and perform data entry
- The candidates should be able to assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including overseeing payroll administration
