Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met
- The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment and administer policies and procedures related to the release of records under government access to information and privacy legislation
- The candidates should be able to co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- The candidates should be able to assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, and train staff
- The candidates should be able to resolve conflict situations, perform data entry, and oversee payroll administration
