Salary: $19.00 to $23.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 30 to 38 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment – Full time
Location: Concord, ON
Shifts: Day, To be determined
Transportation information: Public transportation is available
Work setting: Private sector, Urban area, School or educational institution/establishment, Business
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Computer and technology knowledge: Database software, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word
Security and safety: Basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organized and reliable
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada.
- Candidate must have legal authorised (Work Permit) to work in Canada.

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to provide basic information to clients and the public, record and relay information
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
