Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Engineering Bachelor’s in one of the following (Instrumentation, Controls, Electrical) is preferred
Experience: Candidates should have minimum 8 years multidiscipline ICE experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work on multifunction teams composed of site/regional employees, external resources, and centralized services like procurement. Ability to deliver quality results in a high-volume/fast-moving environment and adaptability are must-haves
  • The candidates should effectively collaborate with procurement throughout the project lifecycle and have experience participating in vendor document review cycles
  • The candidates should possess excellent project management skills and the ability to control scope, cost, schedule, and benefits delivery on all projects. Experience with Microsoft Project is preferred
  • The candidates should be experienced in applying risk management methodology at key points in the project lifecycle and have a proven ability to develop and manage risk mitigation plans to ensure success
  • The candidates should have experience using Project Quality control techniques covering inspecting, testing, and reporting to ensure deliverables and customer expectations are met or exceeded in all project phases
  • The candidates should have experience applying HAZID and HAZOP, as well as Hazardous Location rating assessments. Knowledge in NFPA 36 and 61 is preferred
  • The candidates should have experience from any of the following sectors: Power Generation, Industrial Automation Supply, Oilseeds Processing, Agriculture, Biofuels, Pulp & Paper, Food & Beverage, Packaging, or Chemicals
  • The candidates should be experienced with Microsoft products, SharePoint, and other collaborative software, including Microsoft Project
  • The candidates should be team players with excellent communication skills and time management abilities, capable of influencing others to achieve the right outcomes regardless of level or position in the business
  • The candidates should have experience with PLC, AutoCAD, schematics, blueprints, P&ID, variable frequency drives, and instrumentation
  • The candidates should have knowledge of tools including the Microsoft Office package, Excel Advanced, Tableau, and Power BI
  • The candidates should possess soft skills such as storytelling, curiosity, resilience, organization, urgency in census, and prioritization of demands
  • The candidates should have strong analytical skills and be excited about trying new solutions
  • The candidates should have experience with project management, robotics, AI, and machine learning. Desirable experience with PLC systems, networks, and Rockwell is also preferred

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to explore and implement new methods for automating systems
  • The candidates should be able to design and test automation equipment and processes
  • The candidates should be able to program new automated components
  • The candidates should be able to identify quality issues and prepare reports
  • The candidates should be able to rectify defects and errors in HMI and PLC programming
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with other business units
  • The candidates should be able to manage contracts and third-party relationships
  • The candidates should be able to define infrastructure and architecture-related terms, focusing on segregating IT and OT networks
  • The candidates should be able to integrate and communicate data between different network layers, following cybersecurity protocols
  • The candidates should be able to assist in defining wireless OT networks and communication protocols to ensure connectivity
  • The candidates should be able to facilitate communication and data access for deeper analysis with process historians
  • The candidates should be able to interact with various communication protocols such as Profibus, OPC UA and DA, Profinet, etc.
  • The candidates should be able to support monitoring projects related to ICS and Industry 4.0 updates
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with industrial and IT teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions
