Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work independently, work in a fast-paced environment, and pay attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to work under pressure

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to show flexibility, able to exercise judgement, and organized
• The candidates should be a team player

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process, train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies, and prepare production and other reports
• The candidates should be able to recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, and establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
• The candidates should be able to requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
