Salary: $27.50 hourly for 35 to 37 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in their work
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should strive to be accurate in their work, ensuring precision and correctness, and maintain organization in their work methods and schedules
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and tasks, and be reliable in fulfilling their duties and meeting commitments

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare and verify statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments, and insurance and pension plans, and prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements
- The candidates should be able to complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for the administration of benefits such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance, and inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans
- The candidates should be able to maintain records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements, using manual or computerized systems, and prepare T4 statements and other statements, as well as perform data entry
