Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting tight deadlines
• The candidates should be attentive to detail

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be organized in their approach, reliable in meeting commitments, and a team player

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to develop equipment maintenance schedules, recommend the replacement of machines, and direct quality control inspections
• The candidates should be able to develop production schedules, maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products, and hire, supervise, and train or oversee the training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques
• The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work
• The candidates should be able to plan and manage the establishment of the departmental budget and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
