Salary: $28.00 hourly for 35 hours per week

Location: Brampton, ON
Shifts: Flexible Hours, To be determined
Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and have strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required and be able to work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be flexible in their approach to work
- The candidates should demonstrate sound judgment and be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should uphold strong values and ethics and be reliable in their work performance
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- The candidates should be able to recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions and prepare production and other reports
- The candidates should be able to recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality and supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
