Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to train and supervise Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and various job-related tasks
• The candidates should be able to hold teams accountable for attendance and submit timecards
• The candidates should be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers
• The candidates should be able to facilitate training with new and current employees, conduct and participate in group meetings and coordinate evaluations with management
• The candidates should be able to determine the best solutions for package concerns
• The candidates should be able to supervise the daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely
• The candidates should be able to understand and consistently demonstrate UPS’s high ethical standards and code of conduct
