Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Candidate Status:

Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and order office supplies
The candidates should be able to record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain work records and logs
The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and calculate billing charges
