Salary: $16.55 hourly for 18 to 24 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Markham, ON
Shifts: Day, Shift, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, electronic mail, spreadsheet, MS Word, MS Windows
Security and safety: Criminal record check, and Child Abuse Registry check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure and have strong attention to detail
  • The candidates should be comfortable with sitting for extended periods and be able to manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and have excellent oral communication skills
  • The candidates should be flexible in their work approach and be organized
  • The candidates should be reliable and exhibit maturity in their professional conduct

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service
  • The candidate should be able to record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, and send invoices
  • The candidate should be able to maintain work records and logs, receive and issue payments, and perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail
  • The candidate should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages, calculate billing charges, and provide directory assistance
