Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, should be able to work effectively under pressure, and should have strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with sitting for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should should possess efficient interpersonal skills, and should be flexible and organized
- The candidates should be team players and should have the ability to multitask
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, should be able to provide basic information to clients and the public, and should be able to schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to send invoices, should be able to maintain work records and logs, and should be able to receive and issue payments
- The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, and should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
